Our take on the Gose, this salty, tart and refreshing beer is brewed with malted barley & wheat, then lightly soured with our own house-grown experimental bacteria before being dry-hopped with Cascade & fermented with a traditional German ale strain. We added over 250kg of cherries from Jealous Fruits (Kelowna) to help make this a spring delight for the senses. 4.7%abv
